Industry Sisters
A downloadable game for Windows

Rice and miso soup in the morning, evenings on the kitchen floor where the conversation seems to mean nothing — until, one day, it means everything. A story about how trust builds slowly, when there's no reason to rush it.
A full daily routine runs underneath the story — cook, work, run errands, sort the recycling — so the house feels lived-in rather than staged for a scene.
| Genre | Visual Novel / Life Sim |
|---|---|
| Setting | A coastal town, southern Japan |
| Language | Japanese only (full voice + text) |
| Length | One in-game year, four playthrough paths |
- Two independent routes. Hinaki and Natsuki have separate arcs, separate pasts, and react to you in ways that don't overlap.
- Choices that resurface later. No point meter — what you say and do gets remembered and can come back weeks of game-time afterward.
- A full daily routine. Cook breakfast, choose a job, run errands, sort the household's recycling — the sim layer runs underneath every scene.
- Three jobs to work. The family shop, the harbor, or tutoring the neighborhood kids, each with its own people and its own schedule.
- A full year, four seasons. The town's festivals, food, and mood change on the calendar, not just the backdrop.
- Multiple endings shaped by which sister, and by how attentive and honest you were the whole year.

Daily chores — sorting the household's waste correctly.

Cooking together — pick the ingredients, choose the tool, plate the dish.

The main character moves to a small town on the southern coast — the kind of place where the fishing boats are already out by sunrise and the one convenience store closes at ten. The reason for the move comes out slowly over the course of the game. It's not a holiday, and it isn't an accident either.

The room he rents belongs to an old house kept by two sisters, Hinaki and Natsuki Morita. Their parents left for work in Osaka a few years back, and the house has more or less been running on the two of them ever since.

There's no relationship meter that just climbs with the "right" answer.
Choices get remembered and come back later — sometimes weeks of game-time afterward, in a completely different situation. Lie to Natsuki once, even about something small, and she might not forget it. Miss a day that mattered to Hinaki because you were busy with something else — that doesn't disappear either. Both sisters have their own stories that don't revolve around the player; you can get closer, but you have to earn it.
The household

Works at the town library and has clearly gotten used to being the one who keeps everything together. Calm on the surface, and very good at redirecting a conversation before it reaches something she'd rather not discuss.

Still in school, and openly testing you from the first week — a jab here, a cold shoulder there, then an oddly personal question dropped in the middle of breakfast like it was nothing.

A day in the house
Mornings are rice, miso soup, and whoever got up first to make it. Afternoons are work, errands, and whatever you happen to run into around town. Evenings are the kitchen, and the conversations that end up mattering more than they seemed to.
| Morning | Breakfast — who cooked, who's still half-asleep, who has somewhere to be. |
|---|---|
| Midday | Work — the shop, the harbor, or tutoring. Your pick, your routine. |
| Afternoon | Around town — errands and chance meetings, not a "scene" until it is. |
| Evening | The kitchen — where most of what actually matters ends up getting said. |
Over the year
The calendar moves the town along with it — what people are doing, what's for dinner, what the house feels like at six in the evening.
| Summer 夏 | The harbor festival, fireworks over the water, the house too hot to sleep in. |
|---|---|
| Autumn 秋 | Persimmons drying under the eaves next door, shorter days, longer dinners. |
| Winter 冬 | The town empties out and the house becomes the warmest place around for blocks. |
| Spring 春 | A year in, and what's between you and the house isn't what it was in summer. |
